Please do not take glass bottles or cups into the pool. There is plastic glassware provided.

We are on a septic system, please do not place any sanitary products in the toilet. Only flush toilet paper. There is a bin provided for all other waste.

Please respect our neighbours, be mindful of noise past 9pm and do not enter their property or feed their cows – the fence line is on the left of the property as you come in.

The speed limit for our driveways is 10km. Please note it is a gravel road.

Please do not swim in the dam for your own safety.

Being in a semi-rural location – please ensure you maintain fire safe practices.

With over 30acres the property provides privacy to the cabin. Please respect our space at the back of the property ~ homestead gate. You may find us working on the property, feel free to say hello. We will keep to ourselves are respect the seclusion the cabin offers.

Can I have guests visit us?
Yes, invite your friends/family to join you for a meal, share a pizza in the courtyard. We do ask that you limit guests to two people.
Please do not invite your guests to stay (if you are drinking alcohol, they will need to plan how to drive home safely, there are limited transport options).

Round Hill is and adult space. We do welcome infants who are not yet on the move.
